1 pack of dry yeast (10gr)
1 glass of warm water (200ml)
1 glass of flour (120gr)
2 glasses of warm water (400ml)
6 cups of flour (720gr)
1 teaspoon of salt (8g)

For the above
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons of yoghurt
