Making a quick easy lunch..

Deviled Egg Salad Recipe:
Remember, you can alter this and make it your own. This recipe will make about 8 sandwiches.
12 hard boiled eggs
About 1/2 cup Mayo
1 1/2 Tbsp. Mustard
2 Tbsp. Relish
1-2 capfuls Vinegar
Salt, Pepper, Paprika, to taste

Separate the yolk from the white of the eggs. Put the yolk in a medium sized bowl. Dice the whites of the eggs and set aside. Smash the egg yolks and add the other ingredients. Mix well. Taste and adjust as needed. Fold in the diced up egg whites. Refrigerate until chilled.
