Integrative physician and Ayurvedic specialist Aparna Dandekar, MD, recommends this slow, gentle practice of alternate nostril breathing for many of her patients in a variety of situations. In this presentation, she suggests breath work as a way to relieve sluggishness or brain fog, or to combat stress and anxiety.
