1 cup warm milk (240ml, 240g)
1/3 cup sugar (80ml, 70g)
1 teaspoon salt (6g)
2 teaspoons (6g) instant dry yeast
2 room temperature eggs (about 110g)
3 tablespoons cooking oil (or melted butter) (45ml, 45g)
1.5 cups dry glutinous rice flour (360ml, 180g)
Plain flour (or Bread flour) 2.5 cups (600ml, 360g)
