Roman chef, Luciano Monosilio, has a trick for how to make authentic carbonara sauce EASY. Luciano Monosilio is known as, “The King of Carbonara”. I studied his technique, translated and adapted his recipe so that we can enjoy perfect carbonara without any hassle.
