Hi guys!
In this video I talk about my weekly progress and setbacks, plus I give a simple tour of my home gym.
I've been doing a lot of calisthenic style work outs and using only dumbells or my own body weight for my exercises.
I was a little concerned about losing too much weight, but I'm starting to put some muscle on, so I will continue to eat as I have been.
