步骤:
1、发面:干酵母、白糖、泡打粉、30摄氏度的温水和面、偏硬一点揉到位,盖盖儿醒发两倍大,具体时间根据室内温度;
2、成型:放一点点小苏打粉与面一起充分揉均匀、分剂子做成自己喜欢的形状二次醒发10分钟(以最后做好的为准);
3、水开蒸20分钟、关火焖2分钟再开锅!
