Super bowl is right around the corner, and you'll need to have some tasty snacks on hand. Today I'm sharing 3 delicious game day snacks that vegans and non vegans will love.
Taki crusted jalapeno poppers:
6-8 jalapeños
Takis
3/4 cup plain Kite Hill cream cheese
1 cup vegan cheese
1 package of impossible meat
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
Cashew queso:
¾ cup cashews, soaked
1 ¼ cup water
1 tsp tomato paste
1 TBS miso
2 TBS lemon juice
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup nooch
Pinch of salt
1/4 onion
½ cup roasted diced tomatoes
2oz canned green chiles
salt to taste
Buffalo chix spring rolls:
Spring roll wrappers
1 pack of Daring chix
1/2 cup kite hill cream cheese or cream cheese of choice
1 cup shredded cheese (I’m using Violife cheddar)
1/4 cup scallions
1/3 cup buffalo sauce
Ranch and buffalo sauce for dipping
