Cognitive Typology ("CT") is a Jungian model, built from the ground up through physical observations, and aims to provide scientific evidence for the reality of types. It is distinct from MBTI, Socionics or other models. CT's TeSi type is not exactly the same as the ESTJ type as defined elsewhere.

CT has four domains to it: Metabolism, Vultology, Behaviorism, Mythology. What you are seeing in this video is the Vultology & Behaviorism domains being exhibited, which are the two empirical domains of the model. The other two domains (Metabolism and Mythology) and analytical domains which build out a theoretical interpretation of the raw data extracted from the empirical domains.
