-Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, also known as PCOS, is an extremely common hormonal disorder in women nowadays. Almost one in ten women suffers from PCOS / PCOD. It has multiple reasons, many of which are not really known. It has no definite treatment also. Most of the treatments are only symptom based. Obviously we all are very concerned and worried as it has a lot of potential complications. September is the PCOD awareness month and we decided to do a complete series on PCOD, where we talk in detail about the role of diet, stress, lifestyle and many more factors in PCOD.
