Recipe: Chipotle Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

8 hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 heaping tablespoon Dijon mustard
1-2 tablespoons adobo sauce from Chipotle (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick of butter
Smoked paprika for garnish
Minced chives for garnish
Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine hard-boiled egg yolks, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, adobo sauce, black pepper, salt, cream cheese, and butter.
Mix until smooth and run through a strainer for a silky texture.
Transfer the mixture into a Ziploc bag or piping bag.
Cut the tip and pipe the filling into egg whites.
Garnish with smoked paprika and minced chives.
