This is my most expensive, scariest, overwhelming, exciting, consuming, surprising, educational, and fun project I've purchased to date. I've only ever really tinkered with cars, and after you do that to a couple of them, you get the hang of it. I don't find cars to be of big of a challenge compared to when I wrenched on them for the first time. This is going to be an exciting chapter!!

I spent so much time and effort looking at different houses, putting in different offers, not having them accept it, losing out on a house by a couple thousand dollars, etc, and even after acquiring this place, moving everything of mine was such a task. I realized I didn't just move houses, I moved work locations too 😁
