In this video, I’m taking you through my art process, and sharing the status of some of my newest pieces. I’m working on some gift bags as a way of freely exploring collage ideas. Working on these gives me ideas + inspiration for my artwork. Get a look into my creative thinking and how I use my art materials as I work on these gift bags.

I also want to share where my mindset is for some of the more serious pieces I’m working on, as well as talk about what I think creativity is. This belief moves me forward in my art making and makes me feel comfortable in the place of not knowing that I currently find myself in. Creative minds are an exciting thing and I want to talk about it!

Series Description: Follow this series as I work in my art studio, sharing the ups and down of being an artist. You will get a behind-the-scenes peek into my creative process, from start to finish. My aim is to offer an honest, unfiltered version of a day in the life of a full-time artist.

My goal is to inspire you to feel comfortable with and embrace your own personal creative process and avoid common artist blocks due to technical issues, self-doubt, isolation, lack of support, etc. I want to help motivate YOU to get started or just to relax and enjoy some creative problem-solving!
