Well I have a great idea. Just like many of us…I loved fast food (problem is that it loved meet too). The Big Mac is an iconic burger. However, when you are trying to lose weight or cut down on carbs it has to go. Or, does it? Today we will be making something that will give you the same satisfaction without the guilt..

Today in Mike Oski’s Kitchen we are making: Big Mac Salad (Low carb/Keto)

This wonderful and crazy simple recipes lets you have a fast food taste but without the guilt. This is great in protein, cheese, veggies, along with the special sauce that provides healthy fats.
