David came up with the idea that we should try doing a no buy month, only buying the essentials, like food, but not buying anything that we don’t truly NEED for 30 days. So we tried it! And what we realised after this little experiment was that there is good news and there is bad news. The effects of this month are both positive and quite a bit negative. Have you ever tried this?
