制作锅贴的关键:
1、面要和的稍软;
2、火候更重要,用中火使其受热均匀(可以适当转锅);
3、上锅时先摆锅贴再开火;
4、开火后适当看锅贴的颜色,避免火候过大或时间长造成糊的状态;
5、锅贴底部变金黄色后加开水至锅贴的三分之一高度处,盖盖焖至水份挥发后出锅。
