How to Find Happiness in Yourself

The title of this video is a tall order for anyone, but, if you do this one thing I’m about to tell you, you will be on the path to living more authentically and in alignment with your purpose which will bring you happiness.

Happiness can come from knowing that you are in fact living in alignment with your true self and doing the things you want to do.

This exercise takes less than 5 minutes and by the end, you will have a clear path on what to do to be happier.

You will need a piece of paper and a pen, so go get them, This exercise needs to be done in order, without knowing the steps in advance. There is also no point in watching videos like this if you don’t take immediate action.

On your piece of paper, please write down your top 4 priorities in order of most to least. Work, school, family, health, money, YouTube creation, art, music, dance.

We’re going to write down 4 more things, but this time, think about where you spend the most time, money, and energy.. in order.

Think about a typical day, from morning to bed, where do you spend the most time, money, and energy?

If your priority list matches your time, money, energy list, congratulations, you’re probably living a fairly happy life because what you want and expect is what you are doing.

If, however, your priorities don’t match, to the degree of separation, you will be less happy because you are not spending time, money, and energy on the things that you just said were important to you.

At this point, you have 2 choices, continue to live a life that isn’t aligned with what you want, or start making small changes to ensure you do life the life you want.

How do we make the small changes?

Put the list of your top 4 priorities up on your fridge, mirror, bedroom wall or keep them in the notes app of your phone for reference if you don’t want to share.

Share. If you have a partner, friend, or parent that you think would be an aid, let them know that this is what you actually want and that they should keep you in check.

Make a list - To do and not to do. Doesn’t have to be big things. Simple as don’t check my phone for the first 10 mins in the morning. Drink 1 cup of water as soon as I wake up.
