There are 30 questions to ask when buying a house or UK investment property... especially when you're trying to buy below market value (BMV)

However... can I suggest you need to ask three DIFFERENT people...

1. The Seller
2. The Next Door Neighbour
3. The Estate Agent

Now I appreciate some of these questions are a bit "out there", but I've used every one of them and if you thread them into the relaxed a friendly conversations you should be having, they can reveal some very interesting facts about the investment property
