The flavor from the Pit Boss Maple Chipotle Rub, paired with the wood-fired flavor from the Pit Boss Pro Series 1600 took this cook over the top!

Follow along as we walk you through exactly how to recreate this easy and delicious recipe in your own backyard ⬇

💨Ingredients:
2 double cut pork chops
2-4 Tbs 16# Coarse Ground Black Pepper
2-4 Tbs Pit Boss Maple Chipotle Rub
8oz Chopped Spinach
8oz Softened Cream Cheese

🔥 Pellet Smoker Setup: Setting up your pellet smoker for this recipe is super easy! We'll walk you through everything you need to do to make sure your cook is a success!

First, you're going to want to fill your hopper up with a high-quality pellet blend before getting the grill turned on and fired up to 275°F. For this recipe, we'd recommend filling up with Pit Boss Competition Blend!

Next, you'll want to make sure your center rack (or upper rack depending on the grill) is in its proper position, as you'll be placing your pork chops directly on the center grill grate for this cook.

Finally, we recommend using an all-purpose foil pan to serve as a "catch pan" for the pork chops. This is a completely optional step but it will save you some time cleaning your grill after the cook.

👨‍🍳 Cooking Process: These stuffed double-cut pork chops are packed with flavor! In this episode of Backyard Bosses, we'll show you exactly how to season, stuff, smoke, and slice the perfect pork chops, perfect for your next backyard BBQ or family get-together!

The secret to getting flavor-packed pork chops is slicing a "pocket" in between the bones of the double-cut pork chops, and inserting a creamy and delicious spinach and cream cheese mixture!

This mixture will truly take your cook to the next level; If you haven't tried it, you should! Plus, if you're not into spinach and cream cheese, you can get creative and change up the ingredients you stuff into the ✨flavor pocket✨

🔥 Smoking Time & Temperature: Smoke at 275°F until your Pork Chops reach an internal temperature of 140°F -145°F. This process took about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

😋 Taste Test: The most important part of every recipe...the taste test!! These Double-Cut Cream Cheese and Spinach Stuffed Pork Chops are so good you'll want to go in for seconds...and thirds!

These pork chops came off of the Pit Boss Pro Series 1600 looking juicy and delicious! Don't forget to give them time to rest before slicing in for the juiciest result possible!
