šŸ‘Øā€šŸ³ Cooking Process: This pork belly burnt ends recipe is so easy to make! Stay tuned as we walk you through exactly how to make them in your own backyard.

First, prep your pork belly by cutting it into even strips, and then into even cubes. Once your pork belly is cubed, transfer them into a bowl and coat them with a thin layer of mustard on all sides; The mustard will act as a binder when you coat the pork belly with your BBQ Rub of choice.

Next, liberally apply your seasoning of choice, making sure to coat all sides. Then, transfer your seasoned pork belly cubes to a wire baking rack before placing them on the top rack of your smoker.

Smoke for 1 hour, then spritz and smoke for another hour before transferring your pork belly burnt ends to an aluminum tray. Add honey, butter, and your BBQ sauce of choice to the tray before smoking for the final hour. Finally, remove from the grill, allow to cool slightly, and enjoy!

šŸ”„ Smoking Time & Temperature: Smoke @ 225 degrees for 2 hours. Spritz, then continue to smoke for another hour. Finally, bump up the temperature to 275 and smoke until your glaze is tacky, this should take about an hour.
