I will show you how to network unlock any Android phone. In this video we will unlock an LG X venture or LG H700 Android phone locked to AT&T.
You might have to setup the APN settings on your Android device in order to work correctly on your new carrier.

Network locked
Some network locked Android phones comes with an unlock application, always try the unlock app first. You can also try The AT&T Unlock Portal: https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/

If your carrier approves your unlock request it will send you a SIM network unlock PIN, you only have
10 unlock attempts, if you burned all those 10, your phone will become Hard Lock, that means your phone will be permanently locked to the original carrier.

After entering the right Unlock PIN Code you should see the following message:
"SIM Network unlock successful"
