In this video, I explain some of my tendencies BEFORE taking delivery of a brand new vehicle. Keep in mind, I do this every day, and I check these things to minimize problems in the future.

1. How many miles are on the car?
2. Does the car still have some protective film or cardboard on it?
3. What is the production date for the car indicating how long it has been sitting?
4. Are the accessories in the trunk?
5. Some cars, as soon as they arrive will be tinted automatically at the dealership and usually with a low quality film at a very high price. Unfortunately removing it is easier said than done especially in warmer climates.
6. If the front plate frame was preinstalled by the dealer. If so, personally, I’d refuse this as I usually don’t screw in my front plate and damage the bumper.
7. Are there decals or other stupid emblems being added by the dealer to the back of the car.
8. Look for inconsistent paint work.
