How many investment properties do you think I found in an hour from just walking around my investment area?

If I’m being honest… I was quite surprised!

I totally get that finding investment properties... ESPECIALLY in a "Seller's Market"... isn’t easy, but the truth is there are opportunities all around. You just need to get out there are "walk" around your property investment area.

And so today, whilst my car was in for an MOT, I thought I'd have a wander around and see what I could find.
