Programming protein nanomaterials to enable selective targeting and respond to environmental changes have profound effects in protein design, health and disease. I will describe a novel protein nanoparticle platform that has been designed to modulate cell-surface target specificity, cargo packaging, and environmentally-dependent release of encapsulated cargo, providing exciting possibilities in biologics delivery.
