In part 4, I open up about how drugs have greatly impacted my family and the people around me. I share with you what it's like to see the people you love battle with addiction, and how I coped with losing a close cousin of mine to suicide. Unfortunately, in these times of great loss, nobody remains unscathed. A difficult and important lesson I learned is to not let the guilt and regrets we face consume us. Everyone has choices they make in life.

Again, these are very personal experiences I'm sharing in hopes of helping someone out there who may be going through a similar situation. Please feel free to share this video with someone who needs to hear it.
