No matter if you are newly postpartum or 10 year postpartum. During this Postpartum Workout Challenge I'm providing different level options from low impact to advanced high impact.
All workouts in this challenge are Diastasis Recti Safe and NO equipment needed (however, if you do want to add any equipment please do so.)
