This is a long time customers vehicle where the insurance representative used scare tactics to persuade our customer to go to their network/approved body shop. They ended up coming back to us for a second opinion after having repeated issues with the repair and the repair shop.

It's another buyer beware situation where the consumer is trusting the insurance company and the “approved” shop that is working for the insurance company, to do the right thing! Sadly too many consumers are lead to shops that do not have the customers best interest in mind.
