Imagine if you did breathing exercises every day to increase your lung capacity and your ability to breathe easier? Imagine if you meditated every single day? How would your mind be?

The fact is if you did these things every day, you would become stronger healthier and you’ll feel more at peace. But the reason why people don’t do these things every day is because of over thinking. Because of procrastination. Because we don’t have time. Because we don’t feel motivated. Because it feels hard to exercise.

This is the old paradigm of exercise and working out. And this is why people are not in the state of mind and health that they could be.
