We have been making improvements to the Amaro Latte template. If you want a more complex, sweeter gentler version this is for you:
1.5 oz Whole Milk
1 oz Amaro
.25 oz Liqueur
1 Barspoon Homey Syrup (2:1)
* I kept saying half ounce when I meant quarter ounce, it is a quarter ounce of liqueur *

This version tames the very bitter aftertaste of the hot amaro. The regular, equal parts version is still great though, especially if you love bitter things like I do!

Remember to keep it under 35% ABV and let me know if you come up with any killer combos!
