Back in for another chest/biceps session at 3 weeks out from the first show of the season - the 2 Bros Scottish Championships. Although energy is lacking, I'm delighted with how the prep is going and how much fun I'm having as well. Usually I get this close to a show and I just want the prep to end, but not this time!

Seated cuffed cable flys - 1 working set - 12-15

Cybex incline PL chest press - 1 working set - 8-12

Prime flat PL chest press (neutral grip) - 1 working set - 8-12

Standing cuffed cable flys - 1 working set - 12-15

SA cable side raises - 3 working sets - 15-20

Iso-lateral cable curls - 1 working set - 12-15

Incline EZ-bar cable curls - 1 working set - 12-15

Seated PL calve raises - 3 working sets - 20
