In this video I get into the dark theories behind Evil's' lyrics - were they inspired by the appalling crimes of Rose and Fred West? Then I tell the truly bizarre but also weirdly heartwarming tale of Norman, the animatronic puppet from the 2004 video.

Norman ended up having quite the adventure in the following years - and also perhaps offered a clue into the true meaning of the song...
