Stretch out, loosen the neck and the hamstrings, and do upside-down sit-ups. Find the perfect horizontal balance around your center of gravity. Then, toward the end of the session, we show some spinal twists and shoulder stretches. You come off the gravity inversion taller, straighter, looser, and in a very good mood indeed.

The Body Movement channel is run by ex-dancer Juliette Kando F.I.Chor., who is now a choreologist or movement notator. What's that? Well, just like music notation, there is a special script for writing down body movements. It's called choreology. Check it out here:

On the Body Movement channel, you can take back your health from big pharma and take responsibility for your own aches and pains by learning to move better.
In addition, because Juliette Kando is also an artist, animator, and keen movie watcher, the Body Movement channel offers playlists of Artwork, Short 2D Animations, and regular uploads of her favorite Free Movies for you to watch.
