The Sole E35 Elliptical has been updated to include some really nice tech features. In this review I go over what you can expect, what’s been upgraded, and how it performed for us. Overall, the Sole E35 offers many of the same features as Sole’s higher-end ellipticals like the E95, but for a lower price point.

As far as construction, the E35 is a large, non-folding machine that weighs 211 lbs so it’s best to keep it in the place where you intend to use it. It can be moved when needed but it’s heavy. This Sole E35 feels solid to use with the 25 lb front-mounted flywheel and 350 lb weight limit. It also has a 20-inch pedal stride length that’s great for users of most heights.

The 20 levels of adjustable magnetic resistance and 20 levels of incline are quiet so this is elliptical is appropriate for most homes. The pedals also adjust so you can angle the degree to help prevent foot numbness.

The Sole E35 has a 10-inch touchscreen that offers onboard workout programs and 12 preloaded streaming apps like Netflix. You can access these apps without an additional subscription fee. All you have to do is log in with your respective account for each.

The construction and tech features pair really well on this elliptical and we recommend it to most people who want a quiet, quality, midrange elliptical for their home.
