December is so much fun, and I've never been one who is super good at balance 😅 so sporadic posting FTW! It's been two years, can you even believe it? I'll put together a much more in-depth look at my 2-Year Surgiversary, but for now I wanted to provide a bit of a 24-Month December Update and be a bit vulnerable and talk about some of the mental health struggles that may be common with this type of journey. Topic #1? Food Addiction.
I had RNY Gastric Bypass on December 1, 2020 at Mexico Bariatric Center in Tijuana Mexico with Dr. Rodriguez Lopez.
