Have arthritis? Struggle with sleep? You're not alone.

Over 70% of people with arthritis struggle to fall asleep, stay asleep or wake early. Yet, few reach out to their doctors for help.

Cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBTi) has been proven to help people with other diseases, like cancer, get the rest they need. However, it is not widely available in Canada. At Arthritis Research Canada, our scientists are working to customize an online CBTi program for people with arthritis.

Learn more from Dr. Deborah Da Costa, the scientist behind the study.
