At LiveWorx Kimberly Bryant, Founder and CEO of Black Girls CODE explains the exciting global opportunity for her organization: "We had a recent version, a session, of our technique virtual series that was really focused on teaching game design from students across the US. Now, we didn't market it beyond the US but I was really surprised when I tuned in and saw that not only that we have students from all across the States, there are kids from the Netherlands.



There are kids from Jamaica. There are kids from South Africa, Trinidad, the UK, Canada.


We reached over 500 students from around the world that day on a single feed. I was stunned and I was really surprised and it opened my eyes up to the new opportunities to expand our reach and connect our communities globally in ways that I hadn't even imagined before when I was looking for a solution to the pandemic.


Now, I'm even more confident in our ability as an organization to adapt in our ability to thrive to widen and our net and to deepen our impact in this new world that awaits us."
