In this 30 mins Yoga for Thyroid practice, we will be doing asanas that help in stimulating the thyroid gland and can be done both for hypothyroidism as well as hyperthyroidism. We will end a with a relaxing pranayama practice which includes Ujjayi, Nadi Shodhan and Bhramari pranayama.
Once you are ready, let's hop on the mat and get going.
