The two exercises taught are perfect for beginners looking to increase their hip mobility. The beauty is we are going to be strengthening the muscles responsible for an instant pancake mobility increase, meaning no boring stretches. Most tutorials cover passive or static stretching, these methods have their use but strengthening techniques for the adductors and hip flexors is key.
