Watch as I cook a very delicious Keto friendly meal by reducing it by about 35 carbs or about 200 calories by a simple substitution! I recently decided to give the KETO diet a try and found that it kept me full between meals, but it did make me feel sluggish and tired. I decided to modify it a bit to allow for more healthy carbs (low on the glycemic index) increasing my fiber intake while keeping me full between meals. As to weight loss, it is working about as well as the KETO diet (severe reduction in total carbs) but I feel better as I am doing it. The key is to reduce added sugars & carbs found in processed food as much as possible while still keeping a tasty diet! Here I show you doing just that in my Griswold #7 cast iron skillet.
