1. Reduce Inflammation👹
2. Correct Underlying Problems-Heavy Menstruation, Fibroids, Ulcers, Celiac, Crohn's, Ulcerative Colitis
3. Improve Diet-Animal🐮 Protein (Heme Iron is better absorbed)-Seafood, clams, oysters, eggs, organ meats.
4. Plants and Grains-Non-heme iron, oxalates/phytic acid.
5. Improve Absorption.
