These billet aluminum inserts are designed to fill voids in the factory rubber differential and subframe mounts with minimal noise, vibration and harshness (NVH). The soft rubber mounts can deflect under load such as during cornering or heavy acceleration which hurts performance. This is further exacerbated as you modify and add power to your Audi.
