A Digital Green Certificate is a digital proof that a person has either been vaccinated against COVID-19 received a negative test result or recovered from COVID-19. Its a proof of immunization against the virus, hence people holding the certificate would enjoy benefits such as no restriction on travel to European countries, so the mandatory quarantine requirement is null.
