I show you how to make the easiest vegan pad Thai with no cooking oil at home. The best part is everything is customizable to your liking and taste because you are making the vegan pad Thai at home. Keep in mind since this pad Thai is vegan no fish sauce will be used instead I’m using soy sauce. Feel free to add in vegetables to your vegan pad Thai. I just kept it super easy and used bean sprouts and green onions. I’m not using any cooking oil in this vegan pad Thai but feel free to add in cooking oil if you’re not watching your oil intake. Just add in 2-3 TBS of cooking oil. I hope you enjoy my easy Vegan Pad Thai recipe!
Vegan Pad Thai with No Cooking Oil Recipe:
8 ounces of fresh Thai rice noodles
3.25 ounces of tofu cutlet
2 cups bean sprouts
3 green onions
wedge of lime
1/4 cup crush peanuts
Red pepper flakes (optional)
2 TBS cooking tamarind concentrate
3 TBS maple syrup
4 TBS coconut aminos or soy sauce
1/2 TBS sriracha (optional)
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
