1 tea glass of vegetable oil (100 ml).

1 egg white.
6 cups of flour (720 gr).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 g).

4 boiled potatoes.
3 sprigs of parsley.
Red powdered pepper.
Black pepper.
Salt.
3 tablespoons of olive oil (30 ml).

For Topping: 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of milk.
