Cooking recipe and ingredients:

200 warm water.
300 ml of warm milk.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
Cover with a towel and leave for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
Mix.
1 egg.
Mixing.
Sift 450 g of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix everything with a spatula.
Add another 250 g of wheat flour.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Knead the dough for 4-5 minutes.
Place in a cup greased with vegetable oil.
Cover the dough with a food-grade film.
Set the dough aside in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.

Shape the dough into a ball.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Form a ball from each piece of dough.
Leave the dough covered on the work surface for 15 minutes.

70 g melted butter.

Roll out and spread the second part of the dough with butter.
Fold the edges.
Divide into several parts.

Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
