The leftovers, oh the leftovers...what to do? PART 2

Yesterday I brought part 1 on how to with the leftovers from our feast. We made the potato pancake from leftover mashed potatoes. Today…is part 2.

In this recipe, we are transforming that leftover turkey into an excellent creation that is very simple, creative, and quick to make. I mean, how much longer can you put up with cold turkey sandwiches, right?

Today in Mike Oski's Kitchen we are taking that leftover turkey and creating not just a turkey salad but a: Turkey Bacon Ranch Salad. BONUS: Serve it with some spicy-mayo (see recipe)

Leftover turkey does not have to be boring. Have some fun and let’s shred some turkey, add some ranch dressing, mayo, cheese, bacon (yes, bacon) along with some select spices – give it good mix and TA-DA!

Once all mixed, spread this on toast, on bread, or a wrap it in a grilled tortilla. Serve it anyway, you chose…it’s your kitchen. By the way, you are welcome!!!
