An all-new Suncoast Hotel and Casino is in the works! We’re talking major upgrades. The company says virtually every area of the property will be renovated over the next two years. The Suncoast Hotel and Casino is hoping to wrap up renovations in time for its 25th anniversary in 2025. The property is located off Rampart and the Summerlin Parkway.
