This is my favourite meditation practice to guide you towards sitting for longer and longer periods of time.

This practice uses these three breathworks:
Sama Vritti Pranayama / Box breathing
Ajna Centring / Third Eye Centring
Anahata Centring / Heart Centring

Box breathing is a really great way to centre yourself and gather yourself into the moment. I often use it before going to bed if my mind is still running a bit from the day.
Ajna centring brings you to your centre of intellect and imagination, whilst Anahata centring brings you in your heart.
