Easy and delicious chocolate Trifle.

Start by thawing frozen cool whip - two 8 ounce containers

Bake a pan of brownies from a box mix or buy premade brownies at grocery store.
If baking then cool completely and cut into 1" squares

Pudding mixture
In a large bowl combine 1/2 cup water, one 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk, and one 3.9 oz pk of instant chocolate pudding. Mix well. Fold in 8 oz thawed cool whip until well blended.

In a large bowl or individual serving cups start layering in the ingredients.
First the brownies then pudding mixture, then cool whip. Now repeat the layering.
Sprinkle top with crushed candy bar, chocolate chips, or shaved chocolate.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
