As the final update video of this house, Chomba and I toured the rooms to showcase the finishing. Very little work is still remaining with the finishing, which the clients will do at their own pace. I hope this house bombards your mind with finishing ideas as you plan to build your own.

-It's 247 SQM in size (not 257 like I said in the intro)
-It has 4 bedrooms with a study room
-The kitchen now has marble countertops for an exquisite finish
-It cost Ksh 7.4M (USD 51.2K) to build and finish this home.
